Hygiene
I request that you arrive to your session with a clean body.
Please not use strong perfumes or lotions. The same respect will be expected from me.
Clients Communication and Comfort:
The client plays a huge role in the healing process.
Remember this is your time to relax, so please do.
Sometimes a natural reaction during massage is to
clinch the area that is receiving the massage.
It is best to try to release that clinch and relax
the area as much as possible. I encourage you to let me know
if the pressure is too deep or if more is needed.
Taking Care of Yourself:
During massage, remember to relax and breathe! Massage can stimulate your body and mind.
You may have a general feeling of looseness in your body or you may feel emotionally serene.
Massage can stimulate your body's natural cleansing process releasing toxins.
Therefore, you may experience a slight headache for a short time following your session.
It is extremely important to drink that you drink 2-3 glasses of water following your massage.
All new clients that mention this website will receive $5 off their first massage!
