Clients Communication and Comfort

Remember this is your time to relax, so please do.

the area that is receiving the massage. It is best to try
to release that clinch and relax the area as much as possible.
Breathe out the "good pain". I encourage you to let me know
if the pressure is too deep or if more is needed.
Taking Care of Yourself
During massage, remember to relax and breathe! Massage can stimulate
your body and mind. You may have a general feeling of looseness in your
body or you may feel emotionally serene. Massage can stimulate your body's
natural cleansing process releasing toxins. Therefore, you may experience a
slight headache for a short time following your session. It is extremely
important to drink that you drink 2-3 glasses of water following your massage.

*A series of massages can help heal you more completely, leaving you less prone to reinjury.
*Frequency of sessions will depend on the cause of your discomfort and your response to massage. People often receive massage sessions more frequent in the beginning to help relieve the painful culprit.
*For the future, consider scheduling an appointment at the earliest signs of discomfort to interrupt the cycle of tension and pain before it becomes a problem
